Nestled in the lovely city of Calgary, Webster Galleries boasts an exquisite space that can be booked for a wide range of private functions. With the capability to accommodate up to 150 guests when both floors are utilized, Webster Galleries' fine event space is the ideal venue for hosting anything from formal corporate parties, networking events, and birthday celebrations to customer appreciation nights, corporate seminars, and Christmas parties. However, Webster Galleries is unable to host wedding functions, and children under the age of 12 are not allowed to attend functions inside the gallery. In addition to everything, Webster Galleries' event space also features a very large elevator close to the rear of the gallery that can be used to assist catering companies for the transportation of their food and equipment.
The overall atmosphere in Webster Galleries is distinctively charming because of its visually striking interiors, spectacular artwork displays, and fine furnishings. Whether it's a seated event or a stand-up reception, Webster Galleries will make it successful and memorable. When it comes to catering, it is recommended that you hire caterers who previously worked on the gallery, but you are still free to hire a caterer of your choice. When it comes to serving alcohol, there will be no additional fees for setting up a bar, but you will need to secure an alcohol permit for your event. At Webster Galleries, reservations are required for using their exquisite event space, so make sure to book in advance if you want to secure the venue on the date of your event.
