The Oakham House was originally constructed in 1848 by renowned architect Sir William Thomas, which gives it a charming historic atmosphere that is perfect for all occasions.

The Oakham House has a generous number of rooms that can be booked for everything from weddings, parties and gatherings to seminars, presentations and meetings. Oakham Lounge is an iconic venue with excellent natural lighting, two fireplaces, red brick walls, and a piano. Thomas Lounge is the second largest room in the facility, and it features a calm and contemporary feel, with a large solarium and a stunning stone fireplace. Tecumseh Auditorium is the largest space in the Oakham House, which can comfortably seat up to 170 guests. The Tecumseh Auditorium features high ceilings, 2 LCD projectors and screens, and a fully equipped audiovisual system - perfect for hosting plated dinners, trade shows, business meetings, career fairs, cocktail receptions, and more.
