With the capability to accommodate up to 740 guests in a seated dinner setting and up to 1184 guests in a stand-up reception setting, their main hall is the perfect place for hosting anything from wedding receptions and birthday celebrations to banquet events and corporate conferences to Christmas parties and anniversaries. The main hall is located adjacent to a well-equipped kitchen, which can only be accessed if you pay an additional rental fee. Upon renting the main hall, the Bowness Community Hall will supply the chairs and tables that you might need for your special occasion.

The Bowness Community Hall's upstairs meeting room is a 1404-square-foot space that can accommodate up to 75 people in a seated setting and up to 100 people in a standing only setting. The upstairs meeting room is great for birthday parties, intimate gatherings, business meetings, and much more. Their last room, called the Community Room, is a 560-square-foot space that can accommodate up to 25 people. The Community Room is ideal for business meetings, intimate gatherings, and small birthday celebrations, among others.
