Located in Vancouver, the University Women's Club of Vancouver at Hycroft is a magnificent Edwardian mansion that can be used as a venue for a vast range of occasions. The University Women's Club of Vancouver at Hycroft offers a unique and elegant setting for weddings, business meetings, cocktail receptions, Christmas party, corporate events, and gala celebrations, among others. This four-storey mansion, which has the capability to accommodate a maximum of 250 people, may be rented by areas, rooms, or floors.
The University Women's Club of Vancouver at Hycroft's Main Level features elegantly appointed rooms off the spacious Foyer. From the Foyer, guests can access the stunning Terrace that overlooks their gorgeous walled gardens, which accommodates ceremonies and al fresco dining. You can choose to dine or mingle in one of their beautifully appointed spaces, which include the formal Drawing Room, intimate Dining Room, cozy Library, and garden-like Green Solarium. Their Ballroom Level features the adjoining McRae Lounge and Bar, where guests can mingle with each other in an elegant space that can accommodate up to 130 guests for seated dinners and 250 guests for stand-up receptions. The Upper Level has various distinctive rooms available for small events and meetings, where all of these rooms feature elegantly designed interiors with fine architectural details. Upon renting one of their venues, Hycroft will handle the provision of chairs, tables, linens, dinnerware, and AV equipment, among others.
